Job Description

• Lead and manage the Logistics Management function according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance logistics operations and performance
• Establish and maintain standards, governance, and processes across the logistics function
• Define and manage budgets for logistics activities and development
• Drive improvements in team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, and succession planning
• Oversee functional accountability for Logistics Governance, Planning, Network Purchasing, Packaging Management, and Customs & Export Control at country level

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Work Experience: 8-12 years in logistics management or supply chain operations
• Leadership Experience: 3-5 years managing teams and functions
• Project Experience: 3-5 years delivering logistics or operational improvement projects.
