My story at LEONI
My name is Abdelhalim. I began my journey with LEONI in 2002. I hold a Mechanical Technical Diploma and joined LEONI during my studies in the Training & Vocational Dual System program. Currently, I work as a Specialist in Production Technology, focusing on Special Processes and providing support to the Automation Team.
My job
Current task: I'm working on the electrical assembly of electrical cabinets for locally developed machines related to the Automation Project. This has helped LEONI save time, operational costs, and increase the quality of products. I face challenges in overcoming new technical problems with innovative solutions, ideas, or machines.
My highlights
The best moments at LEONI are when I make an improvement! For example, introducing a new machine or providing a new solution from scratch without incurring any cost for LEONI, and observing the machine/solution work as designed with high efficiency.
My view of LEONI as an employer
LEONI is my second family, as it has given me the chance to increase my knowledge and experience during my technical learning curve and my career path. The work culture in LEONI focuses on continuous improvement, considering LEONI as a school that builds generations capable of undertaking responsibility. The atmosphere in LEONI is more than great, and the team is always searching for perfection and knowledge transfer between team members!
LEONI, to me, can be succinctly described in three words: School, reflecting continuous learning; Second home, emphasizing the sense of belonging; and an International environment, highlighting the diverse and global nature of the workplace.
